1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These general conditions for ordering in an online store (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions) are valid for all legal relations arising between all persons and the GGWP online store "ggwp.ee", owned by Cryptotech OÜ, registration code 14725379, Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond, when making a purchase in the online store "ggwp.ee".
1.2. It is mandatory for you to read the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. When settling relations, the parties to the contract are guided by the Law of Obligations Act, other laws of the Republic of Estonia and other legal acts, as well as those established in the GGWP Terms "ggwp.ee".
1.4. GGWP has the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions and price lists at any time. Changes come into force from the moment the corresponding change is published on ggwp.ee. If you submitted your order before the changes came into force, the terms in force at the time of your order apply.
2. PRICES
2.1. All prices in the GGWP online store "ggwp.ee" are indicated in euros and include VAT.
2.2. Prices are valid during the payment period specified in the invoice.
2.3. GGWP has the right to change prices at any time. If prices have changed after you paid for your order, GGWP undertakes to supply the goods at the prices in effect at the time of the order. Exceptions apply in the case of system errors or site failures.
3. MAKING A PURCHASE AND PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER
3.1. Products offered by GGWP can be purchased by both individuals and legal entities.
3.2. When choosing a product, fill out the order form and enter the required data (last name, first name, contact phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, postal code).
3.3. The number of items in the cart can be changed. To confirm changes, click "Update cart!". To continue, click "Next".
3.4. On the customer data page, enter the required data and click "Continue shopping!". You will be directed to a page to confirm your order and select a payment method.
3.5. Please be especially careful when filling out your personal data, as the accuracy of this information affects delivery speed.
3.6. The sales agreement is considered concluded from the receipt of the payment to the Cryptotech OÜ bank account after order confirmation.
4. PAYMENT FOR PURCHASE
4.1. Select a payment method convenient for you on the checkout page.
4.2. You can pay for your purchase:
- 4.2.1. Via Internet bank (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank)
- 4.2.2. Based on invoice — you will receive an invoice by e-mail after order confirmation
- 4.2.3. In installments via Placet Group — click "pay in installments" on the ordering page
4.3. The order is canceled if payment is not received within 5 days.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
5.1. Goods purchased at ggwp.ee can be obtained in the following ways:
- 5.1.1. Courier delivery to the address specified in your order
- 5.1.2. Parcel machine at the address specified in your order
- 5.1.3. Pickup at the GGWP office: Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond
5.2. For courier delivery, the delivery time will be agreed upon using the contact phone number specified in your order.
5.3. Delivery time information is shown next to each product. Confirm the exact delivery time with our agents.
5.4. After handing the goods to the courier, the courier will contact you to clarify the delivery time.
5.5. The courier delivers to the address specified in your order. Address changes must be agreed with agents and are not always possible.
5.6. Please ensure your contact information is correct to avoid delays. GGWP and the courier are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate data entered by you.
5.7. Please report damaged goods by e-mail info@ggwp.ee or by phone +372 54503075. Items damaged during courier delivery will be replaced.
5.8. Delivery conditions apply only within the Republic of Estonia.
5.9. Delivery takes 2–14 business days depending on the warehouse.
6. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER AND RETURN OF GOODS
6.1. You have the right to cancel your order after payment but before delivery by sending a message with your order number and bank account number to info@ggwp.ee or by calling +372 54503075.
6.2. After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to familiarise yourself with the product. If the product does not suit you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product may be returned by mail to: Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond. The item must be returned in its original condition.
6.3. In case of damage to returned goods, the consumer is responsible for any reduction in value if the goods were used beyond what is necessary to familiarise with their properties.
6.4. When returning a product with signs of use, GGWP has the right to agree to reduce its value accordingly.
6.5. Upon order cancellation or goods refusal, the amount paid will be returned to your bank account no later than 14 days from receipt of the return message, provided the goods are returned within 14 days.
6.6. Products manufactured according to customer's personal requirements or special orders cannot be returned.
6.7. The warranty does not cover transportation costs (subject to agreement or warranty specifics).
7. RETURN OF GOODS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
7.1. Cryptotech OÜ is responsible for non-compliance of goods with requirements and for defects appearing within 2 years after delivery.
7.2. GGWP is not responsible for: deterioration due to your fault; defects resulting from improper use; normal physical wear and tear from normal use.
7.3. If the product does not meet requirements or has defects, you have the right to demand a replacement or refuse the order and return the product at GGWP's expense.
7.4. If you return a non-conforming product, you will be refunded the full amount paid (including transportation costs) to your bank account no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation.
7.5. In addition to warranty rights, you have other rights under applicable law.
8. PERSONAL DATA AND ITS USE
8.1. When using the services of ggwp.ee and making purchases, you give clear and conscious consent to Cryptotech OÜ to use your personal data.
8.2. Personal data received by GGWP is entered into the customer register and used to provide sales service and offer goods.
8.3. Personal data is collected when registering an order in the online store "ggwp.ee".
8.4. Registered personal data includes: name, surname, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery method, payment method, and agreement to the Terms.
8.5. All personal data is treated as confidential. An encrypted channel ensures the security of personal data and bank details. GGWP does not have access to payment data.
8.6. Personal data is processed by Cryptotech OÜ, registration code 14725379, VAT EE102373619, Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond.
8.7. Customer personal data necessary for delivery is transferred to the courier service provider.
8.8. Cryptotech OÜ confirms that personal data protection is ensured by all security measures required by law.
8.9. GGWP undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
8.10. GGWP reserves the right to transfer personal data to persons who have a legal right to do so for the protection of freedom, health, and life of the customer or a third party.
8.11. You have the right to check your personal data, change it, or request its deletion from the register.
8.12. When placing an order, you consent to GGWP sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified.
9. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. GGWP is responsible to you, and you are responsible to GGWP for damage caused by violation of these Terms, in the cases and to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. GGWP is not responsible for damage or delivery delays caused by circumstances that GGWP could not influence and could not foresee (force majeure).
10. OTHER CONDITIONS
10.1. When resolving issues not specified in these Terms, we are guided by the current legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. Disputes arising from orders and purchases through ggwp.ee are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, you have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board, the Consumer Complaints Commission, or the Harju County Court. You may also contact the EU consumer dispute resolution platform.
11. EXCLUSION CONDITIONS
11.1. Product images on ggwp.ee are for illustrative purposes only.
11.2. Cryptotech OÜ reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event of a human error when entering the price or a technical error in the system. In this case, Cryptotech OÜ will cancel the sale and return the money to the buyer's bank account within 14 days.
