How long does shipping take?
All builds ship within 5–8 business days after your order is placed.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all hardware defects and component failures for 2 years from the date of purchase. Physical damage is not covered.
Can I upgrade my PC after purchase?
Yes! Contact our support team and we can guide you through upgrades or arrange a service appointment.
What if my PC arrives damaged?
Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
Do you offer returns?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Custom-configured builds are non-returnable but covered under warranty.
